Mathew brings a tantalising dinning experience that infuses Scottish food with French, American and South East Asian influences to create his own unique menu full of style and flair. He believes in preparing only the very best of local Scottish produce to create his innovative dishes.

Having prepared and presented dishes for Her Majesty The Queen, and private dinner parties for Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber at his home in London whilst working at the world famous Dorchester Hotel, Mathew exudes experience of the highest calibre and takes particular pride in the presentation of all his dishes.
