Kildonan Lodge Hotel would like to welcome award winning chef Mathew DeFranco to the Hotel.

Mathew brings a tantalising dinning experience that infuses Scottish food with French, American and South East Asian influences to create his own unique menu full of style and flair. He believes in preparing only the very best of local Scottish produce to create his innovative dishes.

Mathew’s Restaurant is set in Kildonan Lodge Hotel’s elegant dining room creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic and relaxed meal. You will be welcomed by Joan who has been a trusted, loyal Front of House Manager for the last 8 years at Mathew’s Restaurant.

Mathew’s Restaurant is open daily for evening meals between 6 – 9 pm. Please reserve a table with reception by phoning 0131 667 2793 or email info@kildonanlodgehotel.co.uk. We recommend advance booking to avoid disappointment.
